 DELIVERIES​

  • Trendy Stitchz will notify you via email/ sms as to the process of your Order, and you will also be able to track Order.

  • You should always check that the Items being delivered are correct and are free from any defects. Where there is an issue with the Items after acceptance of the Order, you should notify our Customer Service without delay in order for us to be aware of any issues with the Items and in order for arrangements to be made for the items to be returned and refunded.

  • Although reasonable care shall be taken, Trendy Stitchz cannot accept responsibility for incorrect delivery details that have been provided to us, or if an unauthorised person at your chosen delivery address accepts delivery of your Order, as we do not verify the identity of the person at the delivery address.

  • After 2 (two) failed attempts to deliver your Order to you at your chosen delivery address via our couriers services, your Order shall be returned to us and the purchase shall be reversed after the cost of the second delivery has been deducted.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

  • We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order or collection point. Orders are only delivered to the physical address listed. 

  • We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order.

  • We always aim to deliver within 5-7 working days (Standard delivery, and depending on the payment method used) any order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

  • We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  • On delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it.
