

Returns and Refunds

A consumer can make returns up to 7 days to exchange products for another size or request a refund.

Customers package their parcel and either print their own return label, complete it with their order details and their contact information. Arriving at their selected Pargo Point, customers simply drop off their parcel at the Pargo counter.

Customers receive notifications throughout this journey and can track their return progress online.

If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state on the customer service the item you wish to exchange and the new size. If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment. If you wish to exchange your item for another model or colour, you must return the item and place a new order.

If a consumer decides to return an item because of mere dislike he is obliged to within 5 days of purchase but will have to pay for the return. As a business we only pay for returns if the item is faulty or incorrect. When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.

Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses.

Customers receive an email and/or SMS notification as soon as their parcel has been received.

The refund will be made using the same payment method to purchase the item within 3 to 12 working days from the date we receive the returned parcel .

Items such as lingerie and cosmetics can not be returned or exchanged for health reason. Goods sold on clearance, Black Friday are not returnable.
